ScootKit is a small, bootstrapped software company based in Munich, Germany. We build products like SCNX, FeatureBoard, and DingBot that serve tens of thousands of users worldwide.

We currently don't have the resources to hire new employees. As a small, self-funded company with limited budget, we grow carefully and only expand our team when it's financially sustainable. Realistically, it will be a while before we're in a position to bring on new team members. We appreciate your interest nonetheless.

What we look for
When we do hire, we value people who are self-driven, motivated, and ready to take action. We look for individuals with vision, a bias toward getting things done, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment. We care more about what you can do than where you went to school. Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for building great products matter more than any specific experience.
How we work
We're a small team that moves fast and ships often. We believe in direct communication, minimal meetings, and giving people ownership over their work. We're based in Munich and operate in a hybrid model—we strongly prefer local candidates who can work with us on-site regularly.
